Self-Love Yoga

Children’s Yoga at The Aura House
Ages 5-10

Self-Love is an ongoing practice that should start from an early age, and continue to when we become adults. Practicing Self-Love can be an act of learning to take breaks, enjoying solo time, and accepting yourself for who you are. It benefits children to create a positive mindset of their self-image. It encourages them to treat themselves with respect, maintain a healthy relationship with others, and remove the act of judgment and hurtful criticism.

In this class, we will be focusing on building our confidence and self-esteem through heart-opening poses and exploring mindful breathing techniques.
