Tweens and Teen Yoga Class


Ages: 3-9 years old

Children learn through play. Incorporating yoga into a child’s well-being allows them to focus on their mental health and introduces them to new tools they can use to self-regulate at school and at home. Yoga play brings awareness of themselves and others!

What to expect in a Children’s Yoga Class:

  • Mindful activities

  • Breathing Exercises

  • Stretches

  • Yoga Flow

  • Games to practice yoga poses

  • Meditation


Ages: 10-12 years old / 14-17 years old

Tweens and teens often go through many changes during this time. For example, transitioning from elementary school to highschool and thinking a lot about their future. This class will guide each child to discover themselves in a positive way through yoga, affirmations, and the exploration of various tools to self-regulate as they grow and navigate school, home, and friendships.
