Have a child’s birthday party, gathering, camp, community market/festival or workshop coming up? You can hire Hands to Centre to lead a themed modified Yoga Play class for children to engage in while enjoying it with their friends!

What to expect at an event:

• Mindful activities

• Breathing Exercises

• Stretches

• Yoga Flow

• Games to practice yoga poses

• Meditation practices

• A pack of affirmation colouring cards and crayons for each child
